outperform on the current revenues, or if we can reduce the
current expenses without compromising quality, then both the
owner and Profinity are rewarded. |

| A: We set up PayPal
accounts for each property allowing the tenants to withdraw
funds directly from their back account which greatly reduces the
payment timeframe. Through our automated bill-pay services, we
can set up payables to be released right before the due date
which maximizes the property’s cash account. |

| A: A Personal Needs
Assessment (PNA) is a report that Profinity performs for its
owner every year which analyzes not only the rental income, but
each of the major cost categories to see if savings can be
realized. Profinity will also provide suggestions on financial
restructuring and value-add renovations to maximize the
property’s potential. |
